今天给大家推荐的这道三杯鸡也是改良版的,比传统的江西、台湾做法都要简单,材料也好买。我们用的“三杯”是一杯酱油(老抽和酱油)、一杯葱姜蒜油、一杯料酒,都是家常用到的调料,比较特别的是加入了炸到金黄的干葱、姜蒜来提味,全程也不加一滴水,靠食材本身的水分烹饪,汤汁收干后裹在鸡块上,鸡块红润油亮,光看着都特有食欲。

  • 1.鸡腿剁成3厘米小块。
  • 2.干葱对半切,姜切片。(干葱生鲜超市或者网上都有哦)
  • 3.鸡块放入3克盐、0.5克胡椒粉、10毫升老抽,搅拌均匀腌制10`15分钟。(这样会烹饪出来的鸡肉更加入味哦。)
  • 4.锅内倒入油,放入姜、干葱、蒜炸至金黄,捞出;(炸葱姜蒜的油也不要倒掉,用它烹制三杯鸡,味道更香哦。)
  • 5.自动烹饪锅内倒入30毫升葱姜蒜油,放入腌制好的鸡块,加入20克白糖,10毫升酱油,10毫升料酒。(这里的葱姜蒜油就是前一步炸后的油。)
  • 6.盖上锅盖,启动【啫啫鸡】或者【生啫】功能。
  • 7.烹饪结束后,加入炸好的干葱姜蒜搅拌均匀。
  • 8.再加入一勺葱姜蒜油搅拌均匀,就可以出锅了。
