  • 1.排骨洗净斩段,葱切段,姜切片。
  • 2.排骨焯水捞出备用。
  • 3.把所有材料和焯过水的排骨放入电压力锅内胆中,腌30分钟以上,然后用炖肉功能炖至排骨酥软。
  • 4.过滤出炖肉时的汤汁儿加热,用少许水淀粉勾芡。
  • 5.盛盘时候浇上汁儿,撒上芝麻即可。
