  • 1.准备食材,新出土的洋姜,看着就很新鲜。
  • 2.用流水洗净洋姜表面泥土。
  • 3.用刨刀把洋姜外皮刮去。
  • 4.准备一头大蒜和一把青蒜。
  • 5.洋姜切片。
  • 6.大蒜切片,青蒜切段。青蒜可以换成青红椒,因我家人不能吃辣,所以用了青蒜配色调味。
  • 7.把所有材料拌匀备用。
  • 8.这时候准备酱汁,锅内放油,加入八角和青花椒。
  • 9.开小火炸出香味。
  • 10.关火倒入味极鲜。
  • 11.加入白糖。
  • 12.加入鸡精。
  • 13.加入味精。
  • 14.加入所有调料后开火熬至酱油开锅关火。
  • 15.酱汁晾凉后倒入洋姜拌匀。
  • 16.装盒。
