枣泥小花包
将阿胶枣煮熟制成枣泥,做面包的时候加进去,不仅增加了口感,而且还不用额外再加糖,因为阿胶枣本身的甜度已足够了。

  • 1.煮锅里加水将阿胶枣煮至软烂
  • 2.趁热用饭勺压成泥
  • 3.将所有原料称重后放面包桶内,取200克枣泥一起和成面团
  • 4.饧发至2倍大小
  • 5.取出在操作板上排气滚圆
  • 6.将面团分成9等份
  • 7.取一份搓成长条然后对折
  • 8.扭成麻花状后首尾连接
  • 9.依次全部做好
  • 10.二发后表面刷蛋液
  • 11.入烤箱190度烤30分钟即可
