自制爆米花
爆米花,相信是不少人的童年回忆,“嘭”的一声,爆米花便从转炉里崩出来。但是以前转炉式爆锅中含有铅,在高压加热时,爆锅内的铅有一定量会熔化,一部分铅就会变成蒸汽和铅烟,污染了原料。而铅被人体吸收后,会危害神经、造血和消化等系统。极易发生慢性铅中毒,并能导致儿童食欲下降、腹泻、烦躁、抵抗力下降,生长发育缓慢。如今这种爆锅已经难觅踪影了,现在的爆米花机已经改良换代了。虽然不含铅,但是不少商家为了让爆米花的味道更诱人,加入了人造奶油,个别口味的爆米花还会在里面添加香精、色素,这也是对身体没有益处的。其实要想吃爆米花,真的是非常非常的简单,一包爆米花玉米粒才1.80,就能爆出一大锅的爆米花了,电影院的爆米花要十几、二十块钱一桶吧,而且吃下多少香精人造奶油进肚子里了。所以想吃爆米花,自己做得了,不用专门买爆米花机,一个平常做菜炒菜都会用到的不粘平底锅即可

Steps to make 自制爆米花

  • 1.锅里放入玉米油
  • 2.倒入小玉米粒
  • 3.拌匀一下,使玉米粒都裹上玉米油
  • 4.盖上锅盖,大火(用煤气炉比电磁炉好,受热更均匀)
  • 5.很快就看到玉米粒在锅中跳舞变形,噼哩啪啦的声音非常好听。(摇晃一下平底锅)。看!小小一包就能爆出一大锅了
  • 6.另用一个锅倒入糖和水,小火慢慢地煮成焦糖色
  • 7.加入黄油
  • 8.搅拌均匀,使其融化即可关火
  • 9.倒入爆米花中拌均匀
  • 10.香、甜、脆的爆米花,停不了口
