Steps to make 草莓酱

  • 1.800克草莓清洗干净沥干水分,摘去草莓蒂。然后将每个草莓都且成4小块。装草莓的小盆必须要无油无水十分干净才好哦!我用800克草莓煮了如图中的两小罐草莓酱。
  • 2.然后在草莓里加入300克细砂糖。大家在做草莓酱的时候不要随意减少糖的用量,因为糖在存储的时候还能起到一定的保鲜的作用。
  • 3.倒入细砂糖后搅拌均匀腌制2小时以上。看到草莓出汁了就可以了。
  • 4.用手将草莓捏一下,捏的比较碎就可以了。
  • 5.将草莓放入无油无水的干净砂锅或是玻璃锅里小火煮,煮8分钟左右的时候加入半个柠檬汁,半个柠檬挤汁到锅里即可。在煮的过程中不要走开,要经常搅动一下,以免草莓酱糊锅
  • 6.然后在煮20分钟左右直至草莓酱浓稠即可关火。前8分钟草莓酱比较稀,时不时的搅动一下就可以。后期草莓酱越来越浓稠,需要快速的不停的搅动草莓酱。小心不要被噗呲出来的草莓液烫到,搅拌的速度越快,也就越不容易被烫到哦!
  • 7.炒好的草莓酱装入干净的玻璃瓶里,盖上盖子倒扣一会,然后放入冰箱冷藏保存大概1个月的时间。
