Steps to make 黑椒牛排

  • 1.准备好所有食材
  • 2.牛里脊用肉锤敲松
  • 3.放入酷克芝加哥牛排调理腌制20分钟
  • 4.胡萝卜切花 土豆切滚刀 西兰花切小朵
  • 5.锅里烧水放入一小勺盐 将西兰花 土豆 胡萝卜分别煮熟
  • 6.煮熟的蔬菜放凉后 加入盐 黑胡椒粒或黑胡椒粉 橄榄油搅拌均匀
  • 7.酷克黑椒牛排酱粉取出适量
  • 8.按照说明以1:3的比例加入纯净水搅拌均匀后放入小锅里熬制成粘稠状后盛出备用
  • 9.平底锅 放入黄油开中小火烧化
  • 10.腌制好的牛排放在融化后的黄油里 双面各煎两分钟即可盛出
  • 11.将拌好的蔬菜和煎好的牛排摆盘 在牛排上淋上熬制好的黑胡椒汁即可食用
