蒜香芦笋沙拉
很多菜肴做法越简单,越能体现食材的本味。今天做的这个芦笋沙拉就是特别简单的方法,芦笋焯水,热油浇蒜蓉,调味则是只用了沙拉汁,其他什么都没有放,吃起来则是芦笋本身的清甜滋味,而且营养也不流失。芦笋营养丰富,纤维素含量也很高,是节后清肠不错的选择。

Steps to make 蒜香芦笋沙拉

  • 1.芦笋削去根部的老皮洗净。
  • 2.切成两段淡盐水中焯烫一分钟以内。捞出一级放凉水里过凉备用。
  • 3.干辣椒用清水浸泡后切成段备用,浸泡后的辣椒不宜炒糊。
  • 4.大蒜切碎取一半儿,用清水冲洗。
  • 5.锅里放食用油,把蒜末炒到为皇,放入辣椒段炒香。
  • 6.焯烫好的芦笋放入盘里,放上一点儿生蒜末。
  • 7.趁热把炒好的金蒜和油一起淋到生蒜上面。
  • 8.最后浇上沙拉汁,稍加装饰就可以上桌啦。
