Steps to make 苋菜咸蛋面

  • 1. 准备好原材料;
  • 2.咸鸭蛋冷水下锅, 放入里面煮熟;
  • 3.热锅凉油, 爆香蒜蓉;
  • 4.再放入苋菜进去翻炒;
  • 5.苋菜微微炒软后加入适量的水;
  • 6.再加入适量的盐调味;
  • 7.烧锅开水, 放入少许盐;
  • 8.水开后下入面条, 面条下入后快速的用筷子划散;
  • 9.面条煮开后加入少许水继续煮;
  • 10.煮到自己喜欢的程度八成熟时就捞出放入碗中;
  • 11.倒入煮好的苋菜汤;
  • 12.将煮好的咸鸭蛋去壳后对切成两半放入当中,吃时拌均匀即可。
