  • 1.准备好材料!本来准备一人的,米饭有点多!烧成三人了!多加几个鸡蛋煎鸡蛋饼就可以
  • 2.材料切丁,大蒜切末
  • 3.鸡蛋加一小调羹凉开水!打散!这样煎出来的鸡蛋比较嫩
  • 4.烧热油
  • 5.放入大蒜末炝锅
  • 6.放入火腿丁,稍微炸一下,这样会比较香
  • 7.放入所有材料翻炒,加盐鸡精适量
  • 8.放入米饭,加料酒生抽适量!翻炒3分钟!出锅 备用
  • 9.热油,把打好的鸡蛋倒入,小火,大火容易焦
  • 10.把煎好的鸡蛋包在饭上!放上一些自己喜欢的装饰!在泡上一杯浓香的燕麦!美味势不可挡
