Steps to make 面包版华夫饼

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.将高筋面粉、砂糖、盐、酵母粉、鸡蛋、牛奶放入面包机中,选择和面按钮,揉至面团表面光滑(大概二十分钟左右)。
  • 3.将黄油放入面包机内。
  • 4.揉至黄油充分吸收,面团可以拉出薄膜。
  • 5.面团第一次发酵,发酵至原体积的两倍大。
  • 6.将面团从面包机中取出,用拳头按压面团以排出气体。
  • 7.将面团分成12个份量大小一样的小面团(每个面团大概重60克左右)。然后用棉布覆盖,静置15分钟左右。
  • 8.将华夫饼模具双面热,然后将两个小面放入模具内。
  • 9.将模具合好。小火加热,烤至华夫饼表面微黄。
  • 10.烤好一面后翻面。将另一面也烤至金黄色即可。然后在吃的时候,随意加上自己喜欢的水果,酱汁就可以了。
