说实在的,买的这包梅干菜与包装上写的一点都不符,吃起来比我姥姥还老,没点牙力真是咬不动。不过排骨吸收了梅干菜的味道,挺香的,一盘照样吃光光。

  • 1.排骨汆烫出血水,冲洗干净。
  • 2.梅干菜用水泡发,洗净。
  • 3.热油锅,把姜,蒜,八角爆香。

  • 5.放梅干菜炒匀。
  • 6.放生抽,老抽,糖,料酒,加水刚没过排骨,大火烧开,转中小火煮30分钟。
