自制红油
自从女儿去了成都读书,我们全家都爱上了红油!红油可以用来做菜,让菜变得红油油的充满鲜香,用来拌面,让面看起来更有诱惑,昨天第一次昨天在家学做了红油!

  • 辣椒粉45g
  • 色拉油180g
  • 白芝麻10g
  • 八角2个
  • 桂皮1段
  • 草果1个
  • 香叶2片
  • 姜片3片
  • 花椒少许

Steps to make 自制红油

  • 1.准备好的调味料
  • 2.我买的现磨好的辣椒粉
  • 3.锅里倒入植物油
  • 4.放入八角、桂皮、花椒、香叶、生姜、草果炸出香味
  • 5.油烧到7成热后,捞出香料,把油倒入干净的容器里
  • 6.开始第一次放1/3的辣椒粉,这个是增香
  • 7.接着加了点熟的白芝麻
  • 8.待到五成热的时候第二次放1/3的辣椒粉,这个是颜色会红
  • 9.只有三成热的时候第三次放1/3的辣椒粉,这个时候放的才会辣
  • 10.搅拌均匀即可
