  • 1.准备的材料。
  • 2.黄瓜洗净去皮切小段,排骨洗净切长条。
  • 3.排骨中加入鸡蛋和淀粉。
  • 4.搅拌均匀待用。
  • 5.小碗中加入葱白、蒜瓣、生抽、香醋、胡椒粉、白糖、香油、鸡精兑成碗汁。
  • 6.油锅6成热,下入排条入锅炸。
  • 7.炸至两面金黄捞出沥油。
  • 8.盘中放入黄瓜排条,淋入碗汁即可。
