Steps to make 玉米面花馒头

  • 1.玉米面粉100克加刚烧的开水100克,搅拌匀,盖好保鲜膜(防干),待凉。
  • 2.加面粉200克,鸡蛋一个(约50克),白砂糖20克,酵母3克,冷水35克。
  • 3.揉成光滑面团。(揉100下)
  • 4.均匀分成八份,搓长条,盖好保鲜膜,醒十分钟。
  • 5.取一个面团,案板上撒适量面粉,擀成长椰圆形。
  • 6.中间部位刷一层薄油,用切刀在中间斜切。
  • 7.对折。
  • 8.从下到上卷上去。
  • 9.尾部用水粘好,做好后,整理一下花。
  • 10.放入蒸锅,发酵2倍大小。
  • 11.蒸15分钟,焖5分钟即可。
