  • 清水2碗
  • 姜片4片
  • 橄榄油10克
  • 糖粉40克
  • 可可粉3克
  • 细砂糖50克
  • 花生150克

Steps to make 色子汤圆

  • 1.花生米炒熟去衣
  • 2.装进料理杯搅打成粉状
  • 3.搅打好的,因为花生自带油,所以会有些结块
  • 4.倒入糖粉,拌匀
  • 5.拌匀后的花生糖倒入橄榄油拌匀,花生馅就做好了
  • 6.糯米粉放入大碗
  • 7.分次倒入热水用筷子搅成雪花状后,用手揉成光滑不黏手的面团,盖住保鲜膜醒20分钟
  • 8.取出6分之一的面团加入可可粉揉匀
  • 9.取出一个拇指大小的白面团按扁
  • 10.加入适量花生馅
  • 11.揉圆后,用食指和拇指匀称的捏出六个面
  • 12.取可可面团的芝麻大小的小面团分别在6个面上贴上1,2,3,4,5,6个圆点
  • 13.贴好的色子汤圆
  • 14.烧开两碗清水,倒入细砂糖和姜片,如果喜甜可以自行加糖,煮开后放入色子汤圆,煮至汤圆浮起即可
  • 15.像不像真的色子,摇色子咯
