银耳玉米鸡汤

Steps to make 银耳玉米鸡汤

  • 1.提前两个小时把银耳浸泡开。
  • 2.胡萝卜刨皮,切小段,玉米切小段,红枣去核,浸泡过的银耳去蒂切块。
  • 3.鸡去皮,切大块,锅里的水烧开后,将鸡块倒入,焯一下水,去掉血腥味和浮沫,这样煲出来的汤更清甜。
  • 4.先把鸡块放入锅内,倒入水。
  • 5.再放入胡萝卜、玉米、红枣、银耳和姜片,这样可以防止粘锅。
  • 6.盖上锅盖,水烧开后转中小火继续煲1个半小时,最后才加盐调味。
