法式小盅蛋配番茄

Steps to make 法式小盅蛋配番茄

  • 1.洋葱切小粒。番茄去皮后切小粒。
  • 2.取5g黄油放入平底锅,油融化后将洋葱粒炒至变色后即盛出。再取5g黄油将番茄炒至酱质感。
  • 3.剩下的黄油涂抹小盅内壁,铺上洋葱。再将番茄酱铺在洋葱上面。
  • 4.取一有深度的烤盘,倒入热水,将小盅置于热水中,各打入一颗鸡蛋。
  • 5.烤箱选择常规模式,预热到180度,放入中层,烤10分钟。取出后撒适量欧芹碎即可。
