自制蒜香烤肠

  • 白糖5克
  • 胡椒粉1克
  • 玉米淀粉50克

Steps to make 自制蒜香烤肠

  • 1.五花肉,最好选瘦的多一点
  • 2.把大蒜捣成蒜泥备用
  • 3.把五花肉剁成肉馅加入料酒,生抽,白糖,盐,蒜泥,胡椒粉,红曲粉拌匀
  • 4.加入玉米淀粉和适量的清水顺时针方向拌匀
  • 5.肠衣用清水泡一会,肠衣可以用猪肠和羊肠,我这个是加工好的猪肠肠衣
  • 6.肠衣的一头用线绳系上
  • 7.放上漏斗开始灌肠
  • 8.灌好以后用线绳系上,可以分成十厘米左右一段,用牙签把里面的气泡扎漏,这样烤的时候不会涨,或者爆开
  • 9.烤盘底层铺上一层锡纸,把肠放在上面,烤箱预热180度两分钟放入烤盘
  • 10.烤三分钟的时候取出,用刷子在上面刷一层薄薄的食用油继续烤
  • 11.烤20分钟左右翻面继续烤,再烤20分钟就差不多好了,这个时间根据自己烤箱温度来定
  • 12.开吃吧,很美味!如果没有烤箱可以用水煮,或者蒸都可以。
