Steps to make Homemade Sushi Recipe

  • 1. Cook sushi rice (white rice: glutinous rice 10:1), add one sheet and cook it together.
  • 2. Prepare the sushi rice seasoning, one bowl of rice for 1.5 tablespoons of rice vinegar, and four bowls of rice for 6 tablespoons of rice vinegar. 6 tablespoons of rice vinegar+2 tablespoons of sugar+1 teaspoon of salt+2 tablespoons of water.
  • 3. Put the prepared juice into the microwave for one minute until the sugar melts. Once the sugar melts, take it out and let it cool.
  • 4. Pour the juice into the prepared rice.
  • 5. Like cutting tofu, stir vertically back and forth from top to bottom, keeping the rice grain by grain, being careful not to let the rice grains crush.
  • 6. Cut the salmon into small pieces that are about one-third the size of a palm. I bought salmon slices, which are more convenient for making sushi. If you don't have them, you can simply slice the salmon one by one.
  • 7. Wear disposable gloves, knead the stirred rice into a rectangular ball of the size shown in the picture, and then press the top surface flat with your hands.
  • 8. Prepared Rice and vegetable roll.
  • 9. Put a little mustard sauce on top
  • 10. Add salmon slices and it's done.
  • 11. To make egg sushi, first stir the eggs, add salt and pepper, and then add two spoonfuls of milk or water.
  • 12. Coat the pan with oil.
  • 13. Pour in about 1/3 of the egg juice to form a thin Egg cakes.
  • Once cooked, roll it up and place it on one side of the pot.
  • 15. Continue pouring in the remaining egg mixture
  • 16. After the eggs are cooked for the second time, continue to roll them up and repeat the previous steps until all the eggs are used up.
