  • 1.羊肉馅备用。
  • 2.用筷子打散。

  • 9.加入少许鸡精,香油,葱姜末,盐调味。
  • 10.打入两个鸡蛋,朝一个方向搅拌均匀。
  • 11.放入适量淀粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 12.充分入味,上劲儿,馅儿就可以了。
  • 13.锅内放少许油,放入葱花姜片爆香。
  • 14.放入白菜叶大火翻炒均匀。
  • 15.水分很大,炒至塌软。
  • 16.倒入适量清水烧开。
  • 17.选择的白菜品种不一样,烧的时间也不一样,像这种京白就很好熟。
  • 18.用一个小勺,取适量肉馅成丸子型,下入锅中。
  • 19.全部下入丸子,至全部浮起,撇去浮沫,这时候可以尝尝味道,如果咸度不够适量加一点点盐调味就可以了。
