千岛鸡肉寿司
突然发现,寿司不仅做法简单,而且里面可以包进去自己喜欢的任何食材,做成任何的形状。今天就做了这样水滴形状的寿司,里面抹了一层千岛酱,放点儿烤鸡肉,味道别提多棒了~

  • 鸡胸肉1块
  • 黄瓜半根
  • 胡萝卜半根
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 米饭1碗
  • 海苔1张
  • 千岛酱5g
  • 黑胡椒2g
  • 生抽2ml
  • 蚝油2g
  • 食盐4g
  • 烤肉料5g
  • 料酒2ml

Steps to make 千岛鸡肉寿司

  • 1.鸡胸肉提前解冻,撕去表面筋膜,从中间片开。
  • 2.用刀背将鸡肉拍松。
  • 3.放入生抽、料酒、蚝油、黑胡椒、烤肉料和盐。
  • 4.搅拌均匀后腌制2小时以上。
  • 5.预热烤箱,上下火210度20分钟左右。
  • 6.鸡蛋打入碗中,胡萝卜切丝,黄瓜去皮切条,准备好千岛酱。
  • 7.鸡蛋液摊成蛋饼切丝,胡萝卜丝也稍微过一下油,烤好的鸡肉切小条。准备好海苔。
  • 8.海苔上铺好米饭,抹一层千岛酱。
  • 9.摆放好食材。
  • 10.将寿司帘对折,成水滴状。
  • 11.将寿司卷紧。
  • 12.刀背稍微蘸点儿清水。
  • 13.更好切开寿司。
  • 14.很快做好了~
