Steps to make 火腿鸡蛋肠粉

  • 1.将肠粉专用粉和凉开水按照1:2的比例调匀,静置10分钟让粉和水充分融合
  • 2.火腿肠、小葱切碎,鸡蛋打散,蒜瓣去皮切碎
  • 3.制作调料汁:炒锅烧热加食用油,炒香蒜末
  • 4.制作调料汁:加入适量的水、生抽、盐、耗油拌匀煮沸
  • 5.蒸锅加水烧开,蒸盘刷上一层食用油
  • 6.倒入薄薄的一层粉浆,撒上火腿碎和葱花,最后淋上蛋液,加盖蒸2-3分钟。
  • 7.蒸好后,用刮刀边刮边卷起
