Steps to make 蒜蓉粉丝蒸虾

  • 1.主要食材。
  • 2.大葱炖成蓉,也不用太细,但也不能太粗。
  • 3.留一半,另一半下油锅中炸至金黄捞出。
  • 4.锅中的蒜油泼入剩下的蒜蓉中,小碗中先加入辣椒粒。
  • 5.再将炸好的蒜蓉倒入小碗中搅拌。
  • 6.开始调味,加入精盐,白糖,生抽,美级鲜,鸡粉,鲜露搅拌均匀。
  • 7.将调味料二~三匙拌入粉丝中拌均,铺入盘中。
  • 8.大虾去須去脚,从后背片开,去虾线虾洗干净。
  • 9.依次码好在盘中。
  • 10.两面分别淋入蒜蓉调料汁。
  • 11.放入蒸锅中,上气蒸五~六分钟。
  • 12.取出后,淋入烧开的热油,撒上小葱花。
  • 13.蒜香浓郁,鲜香油美!
