【水果披萨】--- 清新、甜蜜的下午茶
一款非常清新甜蜜的披萨,很适合双休的日子,烤上一盘和家人们一起分享。

  • 融化黄油15克

Steps to make 【水果披萨】--- 清新、甜蜜的下午茶

  • 1.把所有饼底原料加入面包桶里,进行和面。(饼底可以做两个披萨)
  • 2.和好的面团盖上保鲜膜发酵至原来的2倍大小就可以了。
  • 3.取一半擀成比烤盘略大一点点的面片,放入不粘烤盘里,把多余的边缘向内稍微卷起,并用叉子在面片上叉出一些小洞,避免在烘烤的过程中,饼皮鼓起。然后盖上保鲜膜中间醒发半小时。
  • 4.在饼底的边缘刷上一层全蛋液,放入预热好的烤箱150度中层烤约10分钟。(以为水果披萨的馅料不适合烤得过久,所以先烤饼底)
  • 5.烤饼底的时候把所有的水果和杏仁切成小丁。
  • 6.锅里加入适量黄油(方子外)融化。
  • 7.倒入水果丁,加入适量白糖稍微翻炒后盛出备用。
  • 8.烤好的饼底拿出.
  • 9.抹上一层蓝莓酱。
  • 10.撒上一层马苏里拉奶酪丝。
  • 11.铺上水果馅,撒上杏仁。
  • 12.再铺上一层马苏里拉奶酪丝。
  • 13.放入提前十分钟预热好的烤箱,上下火、中层、160度烤约50到20分钟。
