Steps to make 黑乐砂锅啫啫生肠

  • 1.把生肠头剪开
  • 2.连着一整条都剪开小肠不剪也是可以的但是我习惯一整条都剪
  • 3.加入盐和生粉各3大勺搓洗,反复搓两至三遍
  • 4.清水冲洗干净
  • 5.锅里注入冷水加1勺盐,适量姜片码入生肠,冷锅烧开
  • 6.煮开之后会有很多浮沫没关系的让它继续煮,大概煮20分钟
  • 7.切块
  • 8.把配料都切好备用
  • 9. 把少许盐,生抽,蚝油都混合在一起搅均匀
  • 10.锅里坐油烦热码入姜蒜爆香
  • 11.码入洋葱继续翻炒
  • 12.码入生肠继续翻炒
  • 13. 先加入2至3勺的酱汁继续翻炒均匀
  • 14. 加入红椒
  • 15.倒入剩余的酱汁翻炒均匀
  • 16.盖上盖子
  • 17.打开盖子码入配菜,盖上盖子焖一分钟让配菜断生即可
  • 18.捞出再一次清洗干净
