香炸豆腐鱼
这鱼之前有见过别的亲做过,就跟着叫这个名字吧。偶家小子去年在酒家吃过这炸豆腐鱼,回来就叫我有机会要做一次。这段时间也常见市面上有这种鱼,看了好久,今天这鱼很鲜,让偶很满意,就买了几条回来做,价格还算便宜,一斤七元银子。这鱼肉很软很嫩,小孩子的嘴是最厉害的,啥鲜啥好吃,都比偶还明白呀。

Steps to make 香炸豆腐鱼

  • 1.豆腐鱼,让摊主把鱼头煎掉了。
  • 2.清理鱼肚,煎掉鱼翅鱼尾巴,冲洗干净。
  • 3.切成五公分左右的长段。
  • 4.滤干水份后,加入一包香炸粉。
  • 5.腌二十分钟。
  • 6.腌好后是这样的。
  • 7.起油锅,要等到锅内的热油在冒烟了才行。
  • 8.把鱼段轻轻的夹至热油中炸三、四分钟左右。
  • 9.炸好的鱼段,捞起滤油,装盘,点缀上香菜就可上桌了。
