上一次用我家的坤博帅锅烤了红薯,儿子一听说砂锅可以烤东西,非要我烤只鸡给他吃,我家那熊孩子是个肉食动物,超喜欢吃烤鸡翅鸡腿,这不菜场买了一直两斤重的小草鸡,用他最喜欢的蜜汁烤肉料腌制好,用海盐花椒放砂锅中,做了砂锅蜜汁盐焗鸡,一开锅盖那香味扑鼻而来,还没拍照我家妞就要嚷着吃,拍了几张大鸡腿妞就抓起来吃了!

Steps to make 【坤博砂锅蜜汁盐焗鸡】

  • 1.准备好原料,草鸡洗净,控干水分。
  • 2.2、草鸡放入容器中,加入蜜汁烤肉料,水,姜丝,把鸡身和内脏都摸匀调料,稍加按摩入味,盖保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏腌制两个小时以上。
  • 3.海盐和花椒放入铁锅中,小火炒制微黄。
  • 4.取三分之一炒好的海盐放入坤博砂锅中。
  • 5.腌制好的草鸡用三大张锡纸包裹好,放入坤博砂锅中。
  • 6.把剩余的盐盖在锡纸上。
  • 7.盖好锅盖,开小火焗25分钟,关火后闷20分钟,这只鸡不大,这个时间刚刚好。
  • 8.打开锅盖,香味弥漫开来,海盐盛出,把盐焗鸡取出。
  • 9.把锡纸去掉,香喷喷的烤鸡就可以美美享用了。
