Steps to make 香辣花甲

  • 1.无沙花蛤先清洗干净外壳,清水冲浸泡一个小时左右,水中放一点盐和食用油。方便吐出多余脏东西。
  • 2.姜蒜,小米椒。
  • 3.浸泡过的花蛤倒开水烫几分钟,烫至开小口,倒出开水,流动水冲洗几遍,控水备用。
  • 4.锅内适量油烧热,姜蒜,小米椒,干红辣椒段,花椒,麻椒放入炒出香味儿。
  • 5.倒入花蛤,翻炒几下。
  • 6.适量盐,生抽,老抽,鸡精调味,加入一点点白糖提鲜。大火翻炒至全部开口。
  • 7.撒上香葱段。
  • 8.翻炒均匀关火盛盘。
