  • 1.把猪梅肉切成1厘米厚、5厘米宽的片。
  • 2.把葱段、姜片、15毫升料酒(1.5汤匙)、30克叉烧酱(3汤匙)、10克(1汤匙)蜂蜜都放入肉中,抓匀腌制2小时。
  • 3.锅内倒入20毫升油,把腌制好的肉条均匀地码在锅底,再加入20毫升水。
  • 4.盖好锅盖,启动【啫啫鸡】(或生啫)功能。
  • 5.烹饪结束后,盛出食材淋上汤汁即可,为了更方便吃,可以再将叉烧肉切成小薄片。
