豆沙锅饼

Steps to make 豆沙锅饼

  • 1.原料备用。
  • 2.滚水用绕圈的方式倒入面粉中,以免滚水集中在定点。用筷子不停的搅拌,呈松散的面团状即可。
  • 3.接着倒入冷水,用筷子混合均匀。
  • 4.此时即成为湿黏的面团。
  • 5.取出面团,放在工作台上,并用手继续搓揉。
  • 6.成团即可,盖上保鲜膜,放室温下松弛30分钟。
  • 7.将大面团分成均匀的5份。
  • 8.先用擀面棒擀成圆的薄的面皮(忽略我的擀面技术)。
  • 9.将面皮直接摊在平底锅上,用小火烙。(也可在锅底刷入少量的油)当面皮定型,即可铲出。
  • 10.将豆沙均匀的摊在面皮上。面皮上下左右对折,包住豆沙馅料。
  • 11.折好的饼备用。
  • 12.油锅烧热,中小火煎。
  • 13.煎到两面金黄即可。
