美貌如花--南瓜玫瑰卷
南瓜即可当饭又可当菜,
还可以做甜品,
还是西方万圣节最重要的物品,
南瓜的营养价值,主妇(夫)们均已耳熟能详,
还可以用南瓜做出千变万化的美食;
南瓜还极易栽培,种在院边墙头,地边埂埝,
随手扔个种子,均可生长良好,
有时我总是幻想,什么时候住乡下,
有个小院,可以种我喜欢的,特别是南瓜,
我不过万圣节,可是我要吃南瓜。。。
这次买的南瓜,颜色特别鲜艳,也特别甜,在蒸南瓜的时候,
散发出南瓜特有的香气和甜味,打成泥之后,先做个南瓜派,
余下的就做了这个黄金玫瑰卷,蒸好的颜色也确实惊艳。

  • 1.南瓜去皮切块,上锅蒸熟,稍凉打成泥;
  • 2.南瓜泥中放酵母,先用筷子搅拌一下,让酵母融化在南瓜泥里;
  • 3.加入面粉,用筷子搅匀;
  • 4.活成软硬适中的面团,我没有加水,和面的时候要根据手感来添加;
  • 5.面团放置温暖的地方发酵至满盆;
  • 6.取出发好的面团使劲揉,揉至面团非常光滑;
  • 7.揉好的面团搓成长条;
  • 8.切成大小合适的剂子;
  • 9.剂子擀成皮,像做包子皮一样;
  • 10.从左往右卷起来,也可以从右往左卷;
  • 11.从中间一切二半,把花瓣稍微整理一下;
  • 12.留下几块面团做成戗面馒头;
  • 13.揉好的馒头需要再次醒发,这次的馒头醒发时间较短,时间长了,玫瑰花会走样;凉水~小火上锅,水开后,看锅盖上的气孔开始冒气,开始计时15分钟,
  • 14.关火后直接开盖,拾出馒头放盖垫上晾凉;
