  • 蔓越莓干10克

Steps to make 蔓越莓双重奶酪华夫饼

  • 1.面团:奶油奶酪30g,橄榄油20g,饺子粉100g,鲜酵母3g,蜂蜜10g,盐1g,鸡蛋1个,牛奶20g。馅料:奶油奶酪40g,蔓越莓干10g。
  • 2.将牛奶倒入鲜酵母中,搅拌至溶化。
  • 3.再同除奶酪与橄榄油外的其他面团料一起倒入碗中,揉成均匀面团。
  • 4.加入奶酪和橄榄油。
  • 5.揉成均匀光滑面团,放入容器,盖上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏一夜。
  • 6.第二天取出,面团发酵到2倍大。
  • 7.取出排气,分割成4个,盖上保鲜膜,松弛15分钟。
  • 8.蔓越莓干切碎,备用。
  • 9.将松弛好的面团擀扁。
  • 10.包入奶酪和蔓越莓碎。
  • 11.捏紧收口。
  • 12.滚圆,收口向下,醒发30分钟。
  • 13.华夫饼机预热。
  • 14.放入面团。
  • 15.盖上盖子,加热3-5分钟。
  • 16.揭盖,表面金黄。
  • 17.出炉,晾凉。
