迷糊娃娃蛋糕

  • 白砂糖50克
  • 淡奶油550克
  • 黄桃少许

  • 迷糊娃娃1个

Steps to make 迷糊娃娃蛋糕

  • 1.蛋黄和蛋白分离,分别放入无油无水的不锈钢盆中,蛋黄中加入玉米油,搅拌均匀;
  • 2.倒入牛奶,拌匀;
  • 3.加入几滴香草精;
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉;
  • 5.搅拌均匀至光滑无颗粒;
  • 6.蛋白中加入少许盐和柠檬汁;
  • 7.分三次加入事先混合好的玉米淀粉的糖,低速打发至湿性偏干状态;
  • 8.取1/3蛋白加入蛋黄糊中,翻拌均匀;
  • 9.然后倒回剩余的蛋白中,翻拌均匀;
  • 10.将面糊倒入模具中,震出气泡,烤箱预热160度,放入模具后,温度调至140度,烤45分钟;(六寸和四寸萨瓦林,四寸应该提前取出,我烤的时候忘取出,所以有点烤焦了。)
  • 11.出炉后倒扣放凉;
  • 12.迷糊娃娃消毒洗净后,包上保鲜膜,备用;
  • 13.6寸蛋糕分三份,用了两份,4寸蛋糕去除多余部分;
  • 14.去一片蛋糕,抹上打发好的淡奶油,摆上黄桃;
  • 15.盖上第一片蛋糕,抹上淡奶油,摆上菠萝;
  • 16.盖上4寸蛋糕;
  • 17.将迷糊娃娃放入蛋糕中间空的位置,里面空余的用蛋糕填满;
  • 18.表面抹上淡奶油;
  • 19.用调好色素的奶油从下往上挤满玫瑰花,先21号裱花嘴用深一点的粉色奶油挤三层玫瑰,在用颜色稍浅一点再挤三层玫瑰,这样可以出来渐变色的效果,上身用18号裱花嘴挤出衣服,迷糊娃娃蛋糕完成。
