  • 1.柴鸡洗净斩块。
  • 2.放入容器中加入所有调料拌匀腌制一个小时。
  • 3.糯米洗净用清水浸泡4个小时。
  • 4.红枣洗净浸泡10分钟。
  • 5.再竹笼屉中垫上一层粽叶。
  • 6.将泡好的糯米沥干水分放入腌制好的鸡块中拌匀。
  • 7.码放在粽叶上。
  • 8.把枣放在上面再继续码放鸡块。
  • 9.将笼屉放入蒸锅中。
  • 10.盖盖旺火上汽转中小火蒸一个小时即可。
