蚝油鲍鱼

  • 色拉油30ML
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 鲍鱼汁1勺

Steps to make 蚝油鲍鱼

  • 1.用牙刷把鲍鱼裙边黑色粘液刷净,使裙边露白
  • 2.用尖刀沿壳周轻转小心取出鲍鱼肉,除去泥肠内脏洗净待用
  • 3.在鲍鱼正面改十字花刀,和切鱿鱼花一样
  • 4.香葱切成长段,太碎出锅时不容易捡出来
  • 5.鲍鱼花放到热水氽烫三分钟左右,花面微卷后放凉水冲洗
  • 6.贝壳也放开水里稍煮,以免使用生壳食用时引起腹泻
  • 7.鲍鱼汁2勺、蚝油1勺混合待用
  • 8.锅内放色拉油,爆香葱段、放鲍鱼快速翻炒、放清水,倒混合蚝汁,中火煮三分钟
  • 9.煮好的贝壳盘内摆好
  • 10.捞出鲍鱼放壳内,余下汤汁放盐,捡出葱段汤汁浇在鲍鱼上即可
