麻婆豆腐
作为一个山东人做川菜实在是外行,但是又喜欢吃**只好自己摸索着做,时间久了老公说有那么点意思了**

  • 生抽2勺
  • 生粉少许

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.郫县豆瓣酱忘拍了,来张特写
  • 3.豆腐切小块,葱姜蒜末
  • 4.锅洗净烧热,倒入适量油,放入肉末炒至变色
  • 5.放入郫县豆瓣酱小火炒出红油
  • 6.放入豆腐,倒入一碗水中火煮五分钟
  • 7.取少许生粉用水调成水淀粉
  • 8.五分钟左右倒入水淀粉勾芡,就可以出锅了
  • 9.出锅装盘撒上葱花即可
