  • 细砂糖80g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 蛋黄2个
  • 泡打粉4g
  • 蔓越莓干30g
  • 君度酒30g

Steps to make 咕咕霍夫蛋糕

  • 1.模具抹油,洒粉后铺上杏仁片
  • 2.蔓越莓干切小粒,加入君度酒浸泡备用
  • 3.软化的黄油用电动打蛋器稍打发
  • 4.加入白糖打至溶化,再分次加入蛋液搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入浸泡好的蔓越莓,用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀
  • 6.将过筛的低筋面,泡打粉加入,搅拌成面糊
  • 7.把拌好的面糊装入裱花袋中
  • 8.将面糊挤入模即可具
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱烘烤,上火180度,下火150度,烤25分钟左右即可
  • 10.成品就出来
