黑芝麻馅的做法,在之前的月饼菜谱里已经说过了,就是黑芝麻炒熟、料理机磨碎,加糖、糯米粉、油炒匀成团就行了。

  • 1.做汤圆皮:黑芝麻过筛,去除杂质
  • 2.留几粒完整的黑芝麻备用,其余的用料理机打成粉,过筛
  • 3.与糯米粉和细砂糖混合,倒入面包机内桶,分次少量加入热水,揉成团
  • 4.团成团,盖好饧面二十分钟
  • 5.同样,将糯米粉与热水混合,团成团,盖好饧面二十分钟
  • 6.取一块儿黑芝麻馅,用手捏成如图的形状
  • 7.用灰色汤圆皮包好
  • 8.整理好形状,封口朝下
  • 9.另取一块儿白色,捏成椭圆形薄片,贴在肚皮上,按实
  • 10.捏两个白色小球,在眼睛的位置用牙签扎两个小洞,将白色小球填进去,再用熟的整个芝麻粒充当眼睛,鼻子用黑芝麻馅,同样组合好
  • 11.用白色捏成嘴,牙签划出牙缝的印,把黑芝麻馅搓成的长条填入,这就是嘴巴。同理,将肚皮上的纹路做好
  • 12.团两团贴在身体两侧,按实。再团出脚,放在肚皮下,用牙签划出痕迹后,将白色细条填入
  • 13.完成的样子
  • 14.烧热水,将龙猫放在勺内,5-8分钟煮熟捞出即可。具体时间要根据皮的厚度和整体大小,酌情增减
