  • 1.准备所需材料。
  • 2.将茶树菇清洗干净,用温水泡半小时。
  • 3.鸡肉洗净剁成两大块,猪展肉、猪骨洗净切小块,姜去皮切5片。
  • 4.锅内加水烧开,放入鸡肉、猪展肉、猪骨焯烫去血水。
  • 5.然后捞起洗净。
  • 6.将鸡肉、猪展肉、猪骨、姜片放入烫煲中。
  • 7.加入泡浸好的茶树菇。
  • 8.倒入泡茶树菇的水。
  • 9.再加入适量的清水。
  • 10.坐炉子上开大火煲开,转小火煲2小时。
  • 11.加入适量的盐即可。
