Steps to make 牙签孜然肉

  • 1.首先处理里脊切小块如左,再用刀背敲断丝路如右,然后再切成小块
  • 2. 加入白糖,盐,白胡椒粉搅匀腌制半小时
  • 3.我用的农家自制地瓜粉,超市有袋装卖。可以用炸粉
  • 4.加入搅匀
  • 5.用牙签串起,当心扎手
  • 6.五分油热开始炸,下肉签后拿锅摇一摇让肉都受热。轻铲免粘底慢慢炸
  • 7. 炸好后捞出 然后洒上辣椒粉 孜然粉搅拌匀可洒点芝麻比较香
  • 8.小小装饰下,香,微辣适合当零嘴下酒
