Steps to make 花生包

  • 1.花生米放入美遇料理机中摇成花生碎。
  • 2.依个人口味加入适量白糖和少许盐,再加入融化的黄油或猪油拌匀。花生馅就做好了。
  • 3.把所有面团原料放入面包机中搅拌20分钟后取出醒5分钟。
  • 4.揉成长条,下成适当的小剂子。
  • 5.取一个擀成圆饼,放上适量花生馅。
  • 6.像包包子一样包起来,收严剂口,然后搓成椭圆形。
  • 7.用虎口处在中间稍微握一下,再在一头搓出一个小尖来。
  • 8.用面点花钳夹出花生的纹路。生坯就做好了。
  • 9.依次做好后放竹帘上。
  • 10.发酵至2倍大。
  • 11.发酵好的生坯冷水上锅,上汽后中小火蒸20分钟左右。
  • 12.蒸熟后,为避免热胀冷缩,关火后,先将锅盖稍微掀开一条小缝,等5分钟后,再完全打开取出放凉。
