自制萝卜干
童年的味道是记忆深刻的,小时候吃外婆腌制的萝卜干绝对是人间美味,不但配粥很可口,更多时候是可以当零食吃的,香,脆,微甜而且嫩得有点过份,现在外婆老了,已经不怎么做这个,读书时住外婆家看她做过一次,凭着记忆再问问外婆也腌过几次,即便是相同的配方,相同的步骤,不同的人做味道还是有差距的,怎么都不如外婆做得好吃,但比买的要美味许多!

    Steps to make 自制萝卜干

    • 1.准备好的配料。
    • 2.萝卜洗净,去头尾沥干水份。
    • 3.晾干的萝卜切成滚刀块,每块上都要带点皮。
    • 4.加入盐拌匀再在上面加重物压一晚。
    • 5.压出的汁水倒掉,萝卜在太阳底下晒至6成干左右。
    • 6.烧开一锅盐水,开后把晒好的萝卜进开水烫十几秒。
    • 7.烫好的萝卜摊开彻底放凉,按自己家的口感加入盐,八角,白酒,糖拌匀。
    • 8.拌好的萝卜干。
    • 9.装瓶子密封保存。
    • 10.过几个月就可以吃了。
