桔子酱蓝莓口味山药泥

今天用蓝莓粉和自己做的桔子酱出了这个造型的山药泥
颜值和口味都棒棒哒

Steps to make 桔子酱蓝莓口味山药泥

  • 1.山药洗干净
  • 2.削去外皮,削皮的时候一定要注意别把山药皮接触到皮肤,不然痒哭你!!!削的时候最好带个一次性手套,如果实在手残被痒到了,告诉你一个切实有用的好方法(百度那些可以看看就行了,没一个管用的),先喷上止痒花露水,某牌,然后抽风机热风对着吹一分钟左右就好了
  • 3.切成小段更容易蒸熟
  • 4.放入蒸锅内蒸半个小时,图快可以用高压锅压一下,要蒸至山药绵软,一压就成泥
  • 5.加入白砂糖和牛奶压成泥,牛奶一点一点加入,最后的山药泥不能过稀
  • 6.加入蓝莓果粉调颜色,虽然是水果提取但色素还是少吃的好,我只放了一小勺,淡淡的蓝色
  • 7.装入裱花袋挤出自己喜欢的造型
  • 8.桔子酱加少许凉开水调稀,沿四周轻轻倒入盘中即可
