“秋季滋阴润肺”广式蜜汁烤叉烧
叉烧是广东特色菜之一,每次去酒楼喝茶,点上一份叉烧系列是必不可少的。叉烧包也不例外。

Details of ingredients

  • 梅头瘦肉500克
  • 李锦记叉烧酱5大匙(约140克)
  • 生抽5匙
  • 胡椒粉小半勺
  • 八角3个
  • 料酒2匙
  • 大蒜4颗
  • 香葱2颗
  • 姜片3块

Steps to make “秋季滋阴润肺”广式蜜汁烤叉烧

  • 1.准备好主材料,梅头瘦肉,并切成一个手指高的厚度薄块。
  • 2.姜葱蒜八角都准备好切好。
  • 3.将肉洗净,加入5大匙李锦记叉烧酱。
  • 4.再加入除蜂蜜外的所有配料。
  • 5.用手抓均混合,盖紧腌制一天。(头天腌制,第二天烤刚好)
  • 6.腌好的肉,除去粘在肉里的姜葱蒜,摊开排入烤盘里。
  • 7.放入烤箱中层,用上下火200度,先烤20分钟。(本人用的是空气锅)
  • 8.20分钟后,取出烤盘,在每一块肉刷上一层蜂蜜,再送回烤箱继续烤5分钟左右完成。
  • 9.成品。切片食用
