芋圆做法-----在家也可以轻轻松松做
疫情影响最近又只能居家办公了,顺道也有追剧的时间了 虽然不爱吃零食,水果是每天都不少 但是总有嘴馋的时候,最近喜欢的有杨枝甘露,奶茶就不必说了,日常标配 就是看见朋友圈私房发的芋圆突然就馋了 还好最近在减肥南瓜红薯紫薯啥的时间也有那就自个儿折腾吧。

  • 木薯淀粉170g
  • 90g
  • 草粿粉120g
  • 10碗
  • 蜜豆一小碗
  • 红糖水100g

Steps to make 芋圆做法-----在家也可以轻轻松松做

  • 1.这个是草粿粉,广东那边的朋友快递来的,网上也有的卖的哦。
  • 2.比例是120g加约十碗水,大概5-6市斤。
  • 3.料水同时下锅赶紧搅拌均匀,煮开10分钟左右。
  • 4.过滤的筛子不能太细,手速也要快哦。
  • 5.放进四四方方的盒子切起来会更好看些 自然冷却之后冰箱里冷藏下口感会更好些。
  • 6.这个是红糖水,比例随意我喜欢甜一些的。
  • 7.自然冷却之后放冰箱冷冻一下,等会儿打成冰沙口感会很好哦。
  • 8.上次做了芋头的还没有吃完所以这次就做了两种 最好直接放在网盘上蒸,我后面是这样操作的忘记拍照了 这样操作是为了防止水份过多 后面好操作些。
  • 9.蒸好之后用勺子碾成泥状。
  • 10.趁热赶紧加入木薯粉糖 紫薯最干200g加80g木薯淀粉 红薯200g加90g木薯淀粉 糖的话大概放了45g左右,喜欢甜的可以适当再加一些 分别搅匀成絮状,再加入适量沸水揉成面团,这一步一定要灵活一些,觉得干了捏不成面团就加少许沸水,觉得太粘就逐次少量加木薯淀粉。
  • 11.把面团搓成长条,在切成均匀的小剂子就可以啦。
  • 12.弄起来很快的。
  • 13.切好的可以搓一下,也可以不搓多撒一点木薯淀粉放粘哦做好了放在冰箱冷冻,分袋装起来吃的时候拿出来煮就可以了。
  • 14.开水下锅,勺子轻轻的搅拌一下煮到浮起来就可以啦,过两遍凉水,然后再放进提前准备好的冰水里激一下口感会更好哦。
  • 15.草粿也好啦用水果刀轻轻的横竖划几刀。
  • 16.轻轻一拍就倒出来了准备一个稍微大一点的碗。
  • 17.芋圆放进碗里,然后上面摆上自己喜欢的配料,今天放了蜜豆,草粿,刚才冰的红糖水打成冰沙放进去。
  • 18.在放上喜欢的葡萄干蜜饯之类的都可以哦 酸酸甜甜,QQ弹弹。
  • 19.还可以倒一些椰浆进去呢。
  • 20.永远不要和别人比生活,追求不同,各有活法,开心了就笑,累了就休息,日子图的就是安稳和踏实。
