橘橙香香海绵蛋糕
普通的海绵蛋糕变点小花样,用汁水丰盈的橘子片垫底装饰,面糊中加香橙屑,蛋糕清新又清香,好看又好吃。

Steps to make 橘橙香香海绵蛋糕

  • 1.备料:材料用室温的;橘子切厚约5毫米的片,码放在模具底部。
  • 2.2个鸡蛋入打蛋盆,坐在水温60度的盆里,用打蛋器打出粗泡后加入40克细砂糖,先高速打发,鸡蛋糊变乳黄色,提起打蛋器划8字,痕迹15秒不消失,再用低速打1分钟整理气泡。
  • 3.60克低筋面粉分2次筛入鸡蛋糊中,翻拌均匀后再筛入剩下的面粉。
  • 4.翻拌均匀。
  • 5.40克玉米油和30克牛奶搅拌均匀,无油花。
  • 6.取少量鸡蛋面糊与牛奶溶液混合。
  • 7.倒回大盆里,撒橙皮屑翻拌均匀。
  • 8.蛋糕糊倒入模具中,8分满模具尺寸:三能SN6214长方形模114*59*50mm。
  • 9.入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火150度,30分钟。
  • 10.出炉后轻震两下,温热时脱模。
