蓝莓芝士蛋糕
越来越喜欢芝士的口味了,目前所做的芝士蛋糕基本是我自己消耗。年前做过一次蓝莓芝士蛋糕,由于粗心蛋糕模子没有涂油,导致脱模失败。年前到现在,发现失败的东西越来越多,不是粗心就是功课没做到家。6寸圆模给表妹拿去了,只好用心模,出来的成品还算有点样子
(说个题外话。这两天一直在试验马卡龙,可怜我的马卡龙,在我准备把她放进炉子的一霎那,那个马大哈的顾客,我拿什么来说你,心里那个痛,马卡龙一直是我心头的痛,我花了两天两夜的时间小心来呵护她,结果被你包包一压,所有心血和精力还有爱心都化为泡沫。马卡龙,看来你还是会离我远去一段时间,我终于明白能体会了很多东西在一瞬接被毁的滋味了,只有等以后再继续练习了。)

  • 奥利奥饼干100G
  • 奶油奶酪200G
  • 鸡蛋1个半
  • 淡奶油50G
  • 黄油30G
  • 白糖20G
  • 蓝莓酱50G

Steps to make 蓝莓芝士蛋糕

  • 1.把奥利奥饼干去掉夹心,然后装入保鲜袋,用擀面棍碾碎备用。黄油用微波加热融化,和饼干末搅拌混合均匀。
  • 2.蛋糕模子底部垫上油纸,蛋糕模子四周涂上奶油,把混合好的饼干倒入蛋糕模子中压实。然后冷藏半个小时
  • 3.奶油奶酪切成小块,放到盘里,加入白糖坐热水隔水打发搅拌成细腻的奶酪糊。
  • 4.蛋液分三次依次加入到奶酪糊里,继续搅拌 混合均匀。
  • 5.加入淡奶油继续搅拌混合均匀。
  • 6.舀出一点奶酪糊备用。在奶酪糊里加入蓝莓酱搅。
  • 7.将加入蓝莓酱搅拌均匀。
  • 8.把奶酪糊倒入蛋糕模子里。
  • 9.在舀出的奶酪糊中加入蓝莓酱调色用.然后放入裱花袋中。
  • 10.用剪刀减去裱花袋的角,在奶酪糊上挤出花纹。
  • 11.用牙签划几下。
  • 12.烤箱预热150度,烤盘放水,蛋糕模子外层包上锡纸,蛋糕模子放在烤架上150度烘烤45-50分钟。
