栗子马蹄老鸡汤
虽然已是冬至,我们这边仍然是秋高气爽的天气,所以也不宜大补,更适合滋阴润燥、平补为主的汤水。
秋冬天我们爱用栗子煲汤,搭配马蹄玉米等煲的鸡汤,汤甜味美。

  • 胡萝卜1根
  • 玉米1条
  • 生姜3片
  • 白酒少许

Steps to make 栗子马蹄老鸡汤

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.鸡剁块焯水待用
  • 3.马蹄削皮后切半
  • 4.胡萝卜去皮切块;玉米切块
  • 5.锅中加水2000ml和白酒少许,放入鸡块和姜片,烧开后撇去浮沫和油
  • 6.加入胡萝卜、玉米和栗子,再烧开后转小火煲1小时
  • 7.最后加盐调味就可以了。
