香酥炸五笋
正当季的一种海鱼-----五笋鱼,鱼肉软硬适中,煎、炸均可。

Steps to make 香酥炸五笋

  • 1.五笋鱼
  • 2.把鱼清理干净,鱼腔内的鱼血清理掉。
  • 3.剪掉鱼翅,鱼尾巴。
  • 4.切段,每段大约一公分多一点。
  • 5.加盐、姜粉、料酒腌半小时。
  • 6.腌好的鱼段加适量地瓜粉。
  • 7.晃动几下,让鱼均匀的沾上地瓜粉。
  • 8.起油锅,把油加热至八、九分热度。
  • 9.轻轻的放入鱼肉炸。
  • 10.两分钟后,翻一面。(若是油加得够多,就不必这样翻面了)
  • 11.再炸一分钟后,把炸好的鱼捞起滤油,再装盘。
